The 5th in the current faculty Student Enterprise Workshop series was opened by the Associate Dean - Dr. Dr Vincent Hargy (pictured left).

Garvey Harris (pictured below), a 3rd year BSc Computer Animation student, gave a fascinating talk, and entertaining animated presentation. Garvey worked as an animation intern, then Overseas Marketing and Sales Manager at Xing Xing, an animation company in Beijing, China.

He was followed by David Morgan (pictured below) who has 20 years of experience in the IT and Telecoms sector. He headed up learning and development for one of IBM's global businesses in 2000, then moved to become a Senior Executive Consultant in IBM before becoming the managing Partner at Morgan Fraser Limited. David expressed his desire to get more involved with the faculty and invited students and colleagues to contact him for advice. David is also a member of the faculty industry liaison committee. Over 50 students, alumni, staff and industrial contacts in the audience (pictured below) listened to excellent advice about how to obtain a work placement, or internship, and then succeed in the company and work as IT consultant.
