Interior Architecture and Design - BA (Hons) - Portfolio Guidelines
The purpose of the portfolio interview is to try and assess each student’s potential and ability to benefit from the course. This will take the form of a discussion around the applicant’s range of interests and focus on their portfolio of work. The interview is a two-way process: the interviewer wants to see what skills and interests the applicant has, so it is important to spend some time preparing your portfolio.
Your portfolio should consist of about 25 pieces of work, example drawings, paintings and any other colour work such as print, computer visuals, collage etc or other work such as models or other made things. You could show a range of software knowledge and technical drawings that have been drawn by hand or CAD. It does not have to include Interior Design projects as Interior Design is a broad disciplined practice and relies on many skills.
