Alex Mormoris is the Inclusion Manager within the Centre for Equity and Inclusion. The role of the Inclusion Manager is to support each part of the University to implement new policies and strategies that encourage equitable practices.
Alex has previously worked at the University of the West of England where he was part of the Guardian award-winning Equity team. Alex has also worked with the University of Birmingham where he helped to revitalise the student equality ambassadors scheme, a collaborative project with the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University that was recognised as best practice by a joint NUS and UUK report into activity to address the attainment gap.
