Visiting professor speaks on preparation and drafting of research projects

Series of research talks for UG and PG students

Visiting professor Alan Fish has given a series of six research talks to students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level on preparation and drafting research dissertations and projects. For those just beginning their courses Alan spoke about how to decide on research topics and appropriate methods to be used, and gave tips on data collection and presentation.

For students who are already working on their undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and projects he spoke about drafting and reflection to ensure that students present their very best work. Alan has also given talks to HRM and MBA students on his own PhD and current research, setting his student tips in the real-world research context of international mobility.

London Met's human resource management degrees benefit hugely from input from our team of visiting professors who regularly come to speak to students on their areas of expertise.
