This survey has been delivered to you by The Centre for Brand Analysis (TCBA) Limited on behalf of London Metropolitan University (London Met).

The survey prize draw will open at 12.01am on 3 January 2018 and close at 11.59pm (BST) on 31 January 2018.

There will be thirty £30 prizes for survey respondents. They will be paid in Amazon vouchers for each participant chosen at random from all those who completed the survey, entered the draw and provided their name, email, telephone number and student ID (if applicable).

The survey will be distributed by email direct to eligible participants.

The prize draw will be made at random by TCBA with the winners contacted by email within 14 days of the closing date.

Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days.

Participants can complete the survey and enter the draw once. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Completing this questionnaire confirms you are happy for your information to be made available to TCBA for processing as part of the research project.

Only participants who complete the survey and leave their full name, email address and telephone number when prompted will be entered into the prize draw. If you do not leave your details to confirm entry, you will not be included in the draw.

The prize is not negotiable [or transferable] and no cash alternative is available.

London Met reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the prize draw entry may be held and used only by TCBA and London Met or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

London Met reserves the right to exclude any entries/claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered in relation to this clause.
