In 2020 Frances launched the Bridging the Gap series, which brings educators and careers professional together with thought leaders in industry. The first in the series focused on the tech industry bringing experts from Microsoft, Shell UK, Sumo Logic and Amadeus, together with educators and careers professionals, sharing insights to their recruitment processes and future skills required in the industry.
