How to register and enrol

There are four important steps you have to take before you can start a course:

  1. Accept your place
  2. Access your welcome programme
  3. Complete the on-line pre-registration process
  4. Attend enrolment & induction sessions

If you have a conditional offer you should contact the admissions office as soon as you get your results or meet the outstanding conditions.

If you have any problems with the pre-registration process you should email us at preregistration@londonmet.ac.uk

For general enrolment queries please call the admissions office.

Our Get set for London Met brochure has more details on registering and enrolling.

Accepting your place

Log into E-vision, our online student portal, and accept your place.

If you don’t confirm your place it might be offered to someone else.

Your username and password are in your letter or email of admission. If the printed password doesn’t work, use 000000 (six zeros).

Accessing your welcome programme

After accepting your place, you then need to make a note of your welcome programme.  The time and location of your enrolment and induction depends on the course you are studying. Please click on the links below:

Print a copy of your personalised welcome programme and attend the sessions.

Completing pre-registration

You should do this after you have accepted your place and downloaded your personalised welcome programme.

Log onto E-vision and click on online pre-registration. The system will guide you through the process.

You should complete this in one sitting. You will need details about your qualifications and next of kin (emergency contact details). You will need to say how you will pay your tuition fees.

This should take around 10 minutes.

Enrolling

Enrolment is the formal process you complete in person during your first week at university.

You must attend one of the late enrolment sessions. Details of late enrolment can be found here  Late Enrolment and InductionFeb12.pdf If you miss enrolment then you can’t start your course.

You need to bring these things with you when you enrol:

  • Letter or email of admission
This will allow you entry to the University until your enrolment session.
  • Proof of identity
We will need to see either your current passport or national identity card.
  • Proof of fee status
Your fees will depend on whether you are a home/EU student or an international student. You’ll need to show evidence of where you have lived for at least the past three years.
  • Certificates to show your academic qualifications
If the qualification is from overseas, you will need to get the certificate translated. If you don’t have your original certificates you should apply for replacements.
  • Tuition fee payment
You have to pay your tuition fees at enrolment. If you’re planning to pay your fees via a student loan, you must bring your financial assessment from the Student Loans Company, or a copy of your loan application.
