Before contacting ICT Support to report a WebLearn issue please view the following pages as your problem may have a workaround or be know to us already:

If you were unable to find a solution, please contact the ICT Service Desk.
When reporting issues please ensure you include the following information:
- Module code and/or module title as it appears in weblearn
- Full description of issue
- If reporting an issue on behalf of a student make sure you include the student ID number
