Student profiles

What our students say

'Making the final choice of London Met felt right. Not only did London Met fulfil my requirement for a sandwich placement as part of the course, but also my research showed it to be a well equipped and experienced university. My expectations of the University were surpassed: the people, cultures and facilities opened up a new student life. The lecturers and facilities made studying almost effortless and the many socialising areas such as the Rocket Complex made meeting and relaxing with friends and even lecturers a compulsory part of university life. I’ve made friends from a wealth of backgrounds whom I still stay in close contact with.

I can truly say my experience at London Met was once in a lifetime and I am leaving with more than just a First Class Honours degree – I am leaving with a wealth of new and improved personal skills and having made lifelong friends. I am currently working as the eGovernment Developer and Consultant for GGP Systems who develop and provide services for Geographical Information Systems for UK government, police and fire authorities.'
