This exhibition focuses on the English GFS, but I hope it may inspire sister Societies to explore their histories.

130 years is a lot of history, especially given the multi-faceted nature of the GFS, and the exhibition is not designed to be viewed in one sitting. Rather I hope you will dip in and out of it finding interest not only in the sections which most readily capture your attention, but also in those which less immediately engage your curiosity, for both the Society and the archive are storehouses of hidden treasures.
