Jesse Schwenk

Jesse Schwenk is a writer, performer, and Lecturer in Drama the University of Glamorgan. After reading Drama at University of Wales, Aberystwyth, he trained as a theatre designer on the Motley Theatre Design Course, London, under Percy Harris, Alison Chitty and Ashley Martin-Davies and worked professionally as a designer and writer. Recent performance work includes do I come here often? at Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff and Phantasma at the Wales Millenium Centre. He is currently undertaking a practice-based PhD at the University of Glamorgan (of which orangelove forms a part) with the title Appearance and reality: Issues of authorship in live performance.
