The LondonMet website has been implemented using a content management system called Shado. Shado eliminates the need to know about HTML, Dreamweaver templates or FTP, and allows staff to simply add content through their web browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or above). No separate software is required.
Shado training is provided by Human Resources in the Stapleton House IT training suite at North and City.
To book your place on a course, please contact Staff Development at staffdev@londonmet.ac.uk

Other Web Training
The Teaching and Learning Technology Centre (TLTC), based at the London North campus, offers a full programme of web-related courses for University staff. These courses cater for all levels of proficiency from How the Web Works to Developing Multimedia for Learning and Teaching.
They're a friendly bunch of people who are open to suggestions so, if you have ideas for a course that you would find useful, let them know.
Each department has been assigned a web support person to offer advice and guidance on web issues. To find out who staff in your department should contact with web-related queries, please look at the Web Content Providers list.
