Art Full Text comprises the bibliographic contents of leading Art journals, museum bulletins and yearbooks. The database gives references to articles, reviews, exhibition listings and many other types of material. Unusually, reproductions of works of art that appear in the journals are also fully detailed. Full-text coverage for 160 periodicals is also included. Coverage is from 1984 as an index, with added abstracts from 1994, and full text from 1997 to the present. It is updated monthly. Subject coverage spans all aspects of art, from visual to performing arts, and ranges from archaeology to television and video.
