  • British Education Index (BEI)
    Contains references to articles in 350 British journals and a selection of European journal articles in English. It has references to articles on dyslexic students and learning styles in higher education. It also has links to some full text papers from education conferences which are also freely available on Education-line (http://www.leeds.ac.uk/educol/)

  • ERIC (http://www.eric.ed.gov/) - U.S.A. education database it contains references to documents in education and has a small but growing collection of full text items.

  • Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com/)
    " helps you identify the most relevant research across the world of scholarly research."

  • PsycINFO
    C overs literature, relevant to psychology from 1887-present and contains more than 1.5 million references to journal articles, books, book chapters, technical reports, and dissertations published in over 45 countries.

  • ZETOC
    The British Library's Electronic Table of Contents service contains details of 20,000 current journals and 16,000 conference proceedings from1993 onwards. ZETOC allows you to search by subject and well as conferences.
