Services For Users With Disabilities

Access to Moorgate Library
The entrance to Moorgate Library is on the third floor. You can access the library fourth floor using the swipe card entrance outside the lift but you will need to register with the university Disability and Dyslexia Unit first.

You will need to complete a form and then we will then issue you with a swipe card for one academic year.If you wish to use the group study area at the rear of the library 3rd floor, there is an internal lift.

Facilities and Services In Moorgate Library

The library has height adjustable tables dedicated for students with disabilities. One has a networked PC, and the other has the library catalogue. If you require non-white paper for printing or photocopying, please enquire at Moorgate library service desk. This may be of use for students with dyslexia.

If you need assistance in retrievingmaterials, please reserve the item(s) using the catalogue and you will receive an eMail when they are ready for collection from the Service Desk.
