Group Study Rooms in Commercial Road Library

Group Study Room 1 may be booked for a 2 hour period for exclusive use by at least 2 people. To book a room see the How To Book A Study Room Guide. The key should be collected from the Information Desk by the person who made the booking. If this person does not collect the key within 15 minutes of the booked time, the booking may be cancelled.

Group Study Room 2 is an open-access room for non-exclusive use. This room does not have to be booked and several groups may use it simultaneously.

Please Note:

• There is an overdue charge for the late return of the key to the Information Desk.
• If any group is found eating or drinking anything but water in library study rooms, the person to whom the key is issued will be banned from booking a study room for a 3 month period.

Photography studios in the Library

Table-top: for small 3-D objects; a tripod is available (Group Study Room 3)

Copy-stand: for copying from publications (Group Study Room 4) 

Both photography studios should be booked at the Library Information Desk, they cannot be booked online. The bookings are for 2 hour periods. You will need to bring your own camera.
