SCONUL Vacation Scheme
| What is it? University students are normally entitled to use other higher education libraries for reference during the vacations. The scheme does not entitle students to borrow material or use IT facilities at the institutions that they visit except via the Eduroam scheme. For more information, please see the SCONUL Vacation Access website. As many libraries require evidence of when your course ends, you may need to obtain a SCONUL Access card from London Met in order to gain access. |

| What to do Check that the library that you want to visit belongs to the scheme and its opening hours and vacation dates on the SCONUL Vacation Access website. Also find out whether you need to take any documentation with you. Remember that the vacation dates will be set by the institution that you have chosen to visit, not by London Metropolitan University. |

| When you visit another library, remember to take proof that you are currently a member of London Metropolitan University, e.g. your ID card. |
