Lots of items are often left on overnight when our buildings are not in use. Sometimes this will be for essential items such as server rooms, fridges, test equipment or late events but often will be things which are accidentally left on.
The amount of the annual energy used in buildings when no-one is in ranges from 9% to a staggering 30%. So what was left on in your building overnight in December 2010?
