Middle States Commission on Higher Education

The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is a membership association based in the United States that is dedicated to quality assurance and improvement through accreditation via peer evaluation. Accreditation by MSCHE is a rigorous procedure which makes judgments on a university’s institutional mission, goals, performance.

London Metropolitan University was first accredited in 2007, and is in the process of preparing for a second mid-cycle visit in 2012. The 2007 visit satisfied the review team that the University had satisfied the requirements of all 14 Standards of Excellence. In particular, the team praised the University’s Self Study Document, and expressed thanks for the frank and clear engagement of staff and students with the process. The University’s 2007 self study document can be accessed from the menu bar on this page
