Facilities Management
The Facilities Management Team keeps the University's life support systems running, working behind the scenes to maintain light, heat and system services in all buildings. In particular we deliver:
- General engineering organisation
- Refurbishment of existing systems
- Co-ordination of works, ensuring all works authorised and compliant with specifications
- Dealing with compliance with statutory regulations, ensuring quality
- Management of a diverse portfolio of buildings ranging from Grade 1 Listed buildings to state of the art facilities
- Improvements in energy efficiency.
