Estates Helpdesk

The Estates Helpdesk is here to help everyone at the University with requests or problems relating to the buildings or facilities. A summary of areas we cover is given below. We will endeavour to swiftly and effectively help anyone contacting the Helpdesk. Just ask.

    This is the preferred way to contact the helpdesk as it will automatically provide details about your location, department etc.

The helpdesk is open Monday - Friday between 09.00 - 17.00.

When you report a fault you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Building
  • Location and the room number
  • Details of the problem
