The Estates Department is responsible for the management of the University's premises for the benefit of everyone working, studying or visiting. We also undertake development work which updates and improves facilities and structures. This work is divided across four core teams.

Maintenance of Existing Buildings and Minor Refurbishment Works, Energy Efficiency, Estates Health & Safety, Statutory Compliance.
