Building User Groups (BUGs)
A Building User Group meeting is a forum for occupants of University buildings to discuss issues which affect them directly with members of the Estates, ISS and some contractors. Following such discussions actions are agreed, implemented and reviewed in future meetings

We are working hard to continuously improve the University premises and we will endeavour to address issues raised in user feedback.
