Tower Building - TB1 - PAAs

Personal Academic Advisers for HALE and FASD

All undergraduate students in the university are assigned to an Undergraduate Office and allocated to a Personal Academic Adviser (PAA). Your PAA can give you academic guidance and pastoral support to enhance your student experience and achievement. Your UGO is Tower Building - TB1 - based in TM1-33.

To book an appointment with your PAA either:

call the main UGO number 020 7133 4015

visit the UGO in person in TM1-33 in the Tower Building

or email ugoffice@tower1.londonmet.ac.uk with 'PAA appointment' in the subject line, giving your name, ID number and course. State the name of your PAA and the date and time of the appointment you want.

For urgent matters, if you are unable to see your own PAA immediately, you can have a drop in meeting with a duty PAA or the PAA Coordinator as soon as a time is available. At the busiest times of the year only drop in facilities are available and you may have to wait.
