Charles Barrow
Teaching and research interests relevant to the Institute - Labour Law especially trade union law and the impact of the ECHR/Human Rights Act on trade union rights. Specific projects have examined potential ECHR safeguards regarding a trade union's right to administer its own affairs without state interference, the right to strike, and the right of trade union members' not to be victimised on union grounds.
