Taking a Case to the European Court of Human Rights, second edition, Oxford University Press, 2005
EHRAC and London Metropolitan University marked the launch of the second edition of Philip Leach’s book, 'Taking a Case to the European Court of Human Rights' on Wednesday 20th April with a reception at the university. The expanded and revised text incorporates recent reforms to the working of the court, as well as precedent forms and pleadings.
Hosted by Professor Bill Bowring, Director of the University's Human Rights and Social Justice Research Institute, the event was attended by human rights activists, practitioners and academics including Professor Kevin Boyle (Essex University), Nuala Mole and Catharina Harby (AIRE Centre), Mel James (the Law Society), Jill Heine and Victoria Webb
(Amnesty International), Miriam Carrion (Bar Human Rights Committee), together with Professors Douwe Korff and Peter Leyland (London Metropolitan University) and colleagues and interns from EHRAC.
