NGO Submissions on legal remedies for human rights violations in the Northern Caucasus
In February 2008 EHRAC, and other NGOs working in Russia, made submissions to a Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) report on legal remedies for human rights violations in the Northern Caucasus. These submissions set out what the signatories believe to be practical and effective legal remedies which would address the grave human rights violations in the Northern Caucasus.
