Refugee Healthcare Professionals: Information, advice and guidance services available

RAGU as part of the Department of Applied Social Sciences supports refugees with high level education or professional qualifications into employment and education through:

	Specialised 1-1 guidance and support for job search, professional re-qualification and entry/re-entry into education and training (including APEL support)
	Work placement schemes
	Specialist training programmes

We are also involved in:

	Research and other activities at local, national and European levels
	Training for advisers who are working with refugees and asylum seekers
	Producing specialist material on refugee issues including a guide for refugees and asylum seekers
