Cabral is the founder and creative director of his eponymous collection, his VIP clients include Elijah Wood and Rihanna and his shoes have made it into Bloomingdales in New York.
Born in Guinea-Bissau, Cabral’s career in fashion didn’t begin behind the scenes, as many do. Instead, he got his start on the runway, when he began modeling while simultaneously earning his degree in Business Administration at London Metropolitan University.
As an acclaimed model who has worked with the industry’s top shows and campaigns, Cabral’s intimate knowledge of luxury fashion led him to notice an opportunity in the marketplace for footwear that offered a timeless elegance paired with high-performance construction. Since then, his business has gone from strength to strength, with Armando Cabral shoes gracing streets from Lisbon to Los Angeles.
