Richard Gatti

Richard has taught at The Cass since 2010. He is a fully qualified architect, and has practised in both the UK and Australia. Richard founded Gatti Routh Rhodes in 2013. Their work is deliberately varied, encompassing the very small (individual chairs) to the quite large (40 unit housing schemes). Teaching, writing and speaking form an important part of their practice.

Before founding Gatti Routh Rhodes, he worked for Erect Architecture, Delvendahl Martin Architects and Denton Corker Marshall
Richard is interested in the relationship between drawing and making, writing and thinking, and the ethics of architecture.
