At the Projects Office, Jen is working with Architecture, Design and Fine Art studios to curate, instigate and develop community art and architecture projects in Hayes. She also teaches with architecture live projects undergraduate Studio 3.
Recent Projects Office work has included designing and curating London Metropolitan University's float for the Lord Mayor's Show 2013 and delivering School of Architecture's 'City Dressing' programme for the 2012 Olympics. Previous work has included curating and delivering ‘Studio Culture’ symposium, editing the ‘Intercultural Interaction in Architectural Education’ book, community consultation and design at Millfields Primary School, Solar Decathlon Europe and the Rip It Up and Start Again lecture series.
Jen studied Professional Diploma in Architecture (Part 2) at London Metropolitan University and Part I at Cardiff (Welsh School of Architecture). She enjoys producing hard working passive design that achieves both public and private concerns.
Jen is currently undertaking RIBA Part 3, and working with Noble and Noble Architects on residential reception refurbishments at a mixed use building in Portland Place, Marylebone.
Jen’s completed Part I experience at Hutchinson Studio and Ann Noble Architects, working on healthcare, ecclesiastical and residential projects.
Prior to studying architecture, Jen was a member of the Government Economics Service at the Home Office and an economic development consultant at EDAW.
