Ingrid joined Feilden Fowles after graduating with Distinction from the Architecture School of Versailles. During her master's, Ingrid joined the Mackintosh School of Architecture within the Erasmus programme, and the Kyoto Institute of Technology for a workshop to study housing typologies and modes of living in Japan.

Ingrid is currently working on the Fratry Project for Carlisle Cathedral and on a new teaching and learning centre for Pinewood School. She has also been leading on a new office project with education facilities for the Ernest Cook Trust and several exhibition designs. Together with Edmund Fowles, she runs a design studio at London Metropolitan University, which aims to further visions for a new model of education building.
