Overview

The MSc Sustainable Business, Energy and Finance educates students in the science, economics, politics, ethics and business of what we call the 'Climate Change World' - reflecting our belief that we have entered a new era characterised by new global dynamics. The MSc will be largely research-led and problem based and, where appropriate, run as a series of workshops in which students working in various configurations tackle pertinent problems. Our aim is that on completion our students will be in a position to influence the strategic direction of the businesses/organisations that employ them. In order to do this they must have state of the art knowledge of practice, as well as a wide range of high-level analytical tools and conceptual frameworks enabling them to apply that knowledge and to assess risk. These attributes will be attractive to potential employers.

The MSc Sustainable Business, Energy and Finance runs under the umbrella of the Centre for International Business and Sustainability (CIBS) at London Metropolitan Business School.
