Overview

This degree specifically seeks to address the recent changes that have taken place in debt finance and the effect that these changes have had on corporate investment decisions. The course looks in particular at these new areas of funding, including the application of risk management to investment decisions.

As well as appealing to UK students, this course will be of particular interest to overseas students who want to understand how Western capital markets have provided innovative forms of debt finance.

The course was established following consultation with various international banks and major financial institutions, and attracts both graduates and those who are professionally qualified, and who are working or expect to be working in corporate finance.
