Ayden Kappo, co-founder of Melting Pot LDN, will be cooking in the Courtyard this Friday.

Date: 21 July 2015

An enterprising London Met graduate behind one of the capital’s most exciting culinary start-ups will be cooking up some treats at the University this week.

Ayden Kappo is a co-founder of Melting Pot LDN, a catering company that fuses global food to create unique and tasty dishes. He set up the company with fellow graduate Jasmine Holland with the vision of creating a brand which highlights the multi-cultural richness of London.

Accelerator, London Met’s business incubator, supported Ayden and Jasmine to get up-and-running, and Melting Pot LDN has become something of an entrepreneurial success story.

Ayden will feature in a video showcasing his culinary skills, being shot this Friday in the Courtyard, Holloway campus. Staff and students are welcome to come along to sample his mouth-watering cuisine from 12.30pm.

Come along and have a taste of London!
