MA Management & Strategic Leadership students attended talk by Dr Brian Dive

London Guildhall Faculty of Business and Law Visiting Professor Dr Brian Dive gave an informative lecture on “organisational design: the missing leadership link” to DBA, MBA, and MA Management & Strategic Leadership students. Dr Dive gave an insight to students about a variety of issues such as organisational culture and design; the dangers of excessive hierarchy; and the need for organisations to look at their structures to a manageable level in order to make them more effective and sustainable in the 21st century.
