London Met lecturer appointed external examiner for the London Institute of Banking and Finance

Dr Nirmala Lee has been appointed to regulate external exams for a prestigious financial regulation organisation.

Dr Nirmala Lee, Associate Professor of Banking and Finance at London Metropolitan University, has been appointed as a Programme External Examiner for the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).

The LIBF are an organisation who aim to provide a balance of experience, insight and thought leadership into today’s financial world.

“It is a privilege to be associated with LIBF and its antecedents in a number of roles,” said Dr Lee.

“It is fantastic to be a part of an organisation with such a rich heritage.”

Dr Lee has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. She was a senior banker and banking consultant at international banks for many years in London and elsewhere prior to joining the University.
