Andrew Leung is an International China Specialist with 40 years of experience in senior official positions in commerce, industry, banking, finance and overseas diplomatic representations.

He helped to set up HK Standard Chartered Asia Ltd. And is a former chief official representative to the United Kingdom as well as 14 other European countries, including Russia, Switzerland and Norway. He is now the chairman of Andrew Leung International Consultants Limited based in London.

Andrew has twice been sponsored by the US Government for month-long business visits, including one to brief Fortune 50 Chairmen and CEOs after Tiananmen Square. He has led numerous high-level corporate or official briefings and appeared regularly on TV interviews with the BBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, Sky, CNN, NBC and Al Jazeera’s English language channel.

Andrew has provided advisory consultancy to McCreight and Company Inc, USA, a leading international corporate strategy implementation firm, on Lenovo’s cultural integration with IBM. He was Editor-at-large for MEC International for a substantial international consultancy on China's energies. He is a registered Reuters Insight Expert for services worldwide and, since 2006, a Global Commercial Agent for Changsha City, China.
