brief biography
Prior to joining the university in January 2011, Ilja Neustadt obtained his PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, in 2010. In his doctoral thesis, he elicited preferences for public redistribution through a discrete choice experiment and analysed determinants of these preferences.
