brief biography
Before joining the University in January 2009, Abay was a Postdoctoral Fellow and then Lecturer at the University of Manchester and before that worked as a Research Fellow at both the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics. He holds a PhD in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
