brief biography
Chris has been with London Metropolitan University since 1999. He has published numerous papers in refereed academic journals in the following areas: macroeconometrics (modelling consumer behaviour, exchange rates and wages), international business (modelling firm performance, regional development and small and medium sized enterprise share), econometrics (spurious correlation/significance) and banking (modelling international bank ratings).

Chris has acted as a sub-consultant for Ecotec Consulting Ltd on various projects including those comissioned by the Department of Transport, the Environment Agency and British Waterways, the Evaluation of Business Link Yorkshire and Humber and the Evaluation of Business London.
He has also been an external examiner for MSc Business and Economic Forecasting and PhD students at Kingston University.
