Gathering Feedback
We seek regular feedback from our students on our courses, modules, and their student experience. Information is collected via questionnaires, focus groups, and course committees. Information is carefully analysed by course teams, in discussion with senior staff, and our actions are then reported back to students.
Student responses to our surveys show high levels of satisfaction. For example:
- Learning, Teaching and Assessment
Responses to Module Questionnaires indicate high levels of student satisfaction regarding: module organization; clear assessment information, clear teaching presentation, good staff-student interaction, and well integrated lectures/seminars/workshops. - Curriculum Design, Content and Organisation
Student responses are again very positive. Our students tell us that: modules are appropriately challenging, well structured, and that they clearly know what they should be doing. - Student Support and Guidance
Results indicate high levels of student satisfaction with regarding: academic student support, library staff support and guidance, and administrative support.
