Our teaching is rated as 'Excellent' by the UK's Quality Assurance Agency, which is the highest possible rating available for a UK University department, which places us equal 4th for Universities in London and the South East.

Strong in Research

In Economics research we are ranked in the top 25% of UK Universities eligible to submit to the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise The RAE panel of international experts considered that 90% of our research was of international standing, including 35% assessed as being internationally excellent.

Over 900 students from all parts the world are currently studying our wide range of 9 undergraduate courses and 11 postgraduate courses that we lead in Economics and International Business.
