Basic PPL Ground Studies Course

The course at the University is designed to supplement ground instruction available through flying clubs. Examinations for the Ground Studies must be completed within a period of 18 months. They are then valid for a further 24 months prior to issue of the PPL.  Students must arrange with a flying school to do the practical training for the PPL.

Course Format - Part time evening only

Evening classes are scheduled for Wednesday evenings.
Time: 5:45pm to 7:45pm

Duration 30 weeks excluding Christmas break.

Course Dates ( only available once a year)

5 October 2011 - 6 June 2012

Fee £500 excludes exam fees and course materials

Exam Fee £30 per exam
