brief biography
Professor Dean Bartlett is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Professor of Organizational Psychology. He obtained his doctorate from the University of Southampton and also has Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Southampton and the University of London respectively.
He is the Director of the Management Research Centre, based in London Metropolitan Business School and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He specialises in the application of psychology to the workplace and has published widely in a number of peer-reviewed journals.

He has particular research interests in the management of change and innovation, evidence-based practice, and corporate responsibility and sustainability.
