There are a number of Research Centres and one Research Institute within the LMBS.
These work to promote the research activities of members of staff working in areas of strategic importance for LMBS. They normally have a direct relevance to postgraduate and undergraduate taught provision as well as contributing to the research environment within which our research degree students work.

Research Institute
Within the Business School the Cities Institute pursues thematically related academic and policy research. It has a multidisciplinary approach bringing together related disciplines to address major social, scientific, technological or policy-related issues in a vibrant and challenging intellectual environment.
