Eligibility

Entry requirements

You must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in your country of origin and be in your second or third year of study.
It is sometimes possible for post-graduate students to apply depending on their subject area and the length of their Masters course. Please contact the Study in London email address if you wish to have further information about this path. Costs will vary according to subject area.
You must have good academic standing at your home university. This means that you must not be failing any classes and would preferably be in the good/very good category.

English language

No additional English language qualification is required if:

You have had all educational instruction in English at school or at university.
You can demonstrate that you have achieved consistently high grades in your English courses at university i.e. C/60% or above.

If neither of the above are applicable, we expect students to have an IELTS, TOEFL or equivalent English language qualification at the following levels:

TOEFL: 580

IELTS: 6.0 with 5.5 in each component

Cambridge Advanced Certificate or Cambridge Proficiency Certificate: Grade C or above.

Other certificates may be accepted as proof of English language ability. Please contact us to ascertain the validity of certificates other than those above.

If, for any reason, you do not possess the level of English language required for entry, you may take a pre-semester English course. This will be at your own expense.
