Scholarships reception evening

London Metropolitan University welcomes new international scholarship students.

London Metropolitan University recently welcomed its new international scholarship students at an inspiring evening reception to congratulate our new students on their achievements in winning one of our prestigious international scholarships. 
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Malcolm Gillies, congratulated each of the students and presented them with their Scholarship, with the Vice Chair of the University's Board of Governors, Ann Minogue. 
Former MSc Business Economics scholarship winner, Phuong Tran Doan, who recently completed his PhD at University of Cambridge and is now working with JP Morgan, gave an emotional and heartfelt speech about how London Met's scholarship programme transformed his life and laid the foundations for his future success. 
London Metropolitan University runs a prestigious international scholarship programme in conjunction with International Students House, providing a limited number of full scholarships for outstanding international students from around the world annually.  More details are here
