The China Office aims to make your application process worry free and help you to make most of your UK study experience. Our services range from application guidance to visa counselling, to accommodation booking and alumni support…. and they are all free!
Entry Requirements
International Fundation Programme
This is for students who have successfully completed high school in China and also have obtained IELTS 4.5, with a minimum of 4 in each component (or an equivalent level qualification).
Undergraduate Degrees
These are for students who have successfully completed International Foundation Programme or obtained equivalent qualifications plus IELTS 5.5., with a minimum of 5 in each component (or an equivalent level qualification) or who have done exceptionally well in high school in China.
This is for students who have a three year diploma or non Business degree wanting to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Business or Management or a related subject. It requires IELTS 5.5, with a minimum of 5 in each component (or an equivalent level qualification).
Postgraduate Degrees
Entry requirements vary. Normally you would need to have a relevant degree and IELTS 6.0 or 6.5, depending on which course you are applying for.
Please note all applications are judged on their own merits. If you are not sure if you qualify, please ask!
How to apply
For the International Foundation Programme; undergraduate courses starting in February and all Masters courses please apply directly through the China office using the China office application form which should be returned to the office in Beijing:
