In 2002 there were 46 insitutions that contributed to Genesis. As part of the relaunch of Genesis in Spring 2011 there were almost 200 institutions that contributed to Genesis through the Archives Hub.
Despited the emphasis on 'archives' the Genesis project continues to include collection level descriptions from / of Printed and Museum collections.
